We want you to be fully satisfied with your LIV Golf gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
